Our Liquidation services are complete starting with meeting with you and explaining the entire process to organizing and selling the treasures you or your loved one have cherished over the years. Rather it is due to a move, downsizing, or estate liquidation of a loved one, we understand the stress and and strive to make it a good experience. There is absolutely no out of pocket expense on your end.
This all starts with a professional crew who cleans, organizes, researchs & prices all your personal property. We will then hold a sale for 2 consecutive days to get the most return for your possesions or the property of your loved ones. After the last day of your sale, we wipe down the kitchen counter tops, broom sweep the floors and vacuum carpets at the end of the sale. All remaining items will be boxed up for you to donate, or we will arrange disposal of most all items left in the house (with the exception of large appliances). Antiques Treasure House will place ad's in all the local papers, online sites, personal email invites and have adequate signage on various intersecting streets around and on the property to ensure the best advertisement of your sale. We also sell Antiques, Collectibles, Reproductions, etc. online in our gallery. Providing Personal Shopping for our customers is one of my favorite services offered. If there is a piece you have been looking for and just cannot find or do not have the time to look due to your busy schedules, send me a picture or description of the item and I will try and find it for you. Throughout the years I have acquired many contacts, and we still frequent local high end estate sales when we are not holding one ourself. I would need a detailed description of the piece and the amount you would be willing to pay for each item. Hopefully we are able to deliver your item at the agreed upon amount or at a discounted price throughout our search.
